This year has been challenging to say the least. My faith in God has kept me falling forward. I stand on the value of not lying, manipulating, or exaggerating to take my business ahead. I study branding often and I’m always drawn to others “why”, Which has been my deciding factor in who I choose to support myself. By my experience we are all more alike than different, which is true with business, UNTIL it comes to “why”.
My why for UBS has and will always be the underdog making it out. I carry a lot of “survivor’s guilt” on many levels, however I’ve learned to control it more because I’ve learned the hard way before when a business starts to gain traction. Great thing I have the ability to fall forward now! I know this is the year of the underdog. Example, Jelly Roll, which was big for us TN folks, also JD Vance, while politics are not involved in writing this, He made it out of rural Appalachia. I watched these stories for many years. Before I knew JD Vance, Hillbilly Elegy movie got me through some hard nights. For the last 5+ years, I’ve watched that movie as a comfort thing. I pump myself with as much hope as I can, so one day, when it’s my turn, I can give others the SAME push needed to carry on another day.
Despite everything UBS continues to move forward with these values, so clearly, they are effective, however the time has come to start seeking additional team members who share the same mindset. 2025 Staffing begins...
