Beyond the Mom & Pop

Beyond the Mom & Pop

The Growth Vision for United Branding Supply

When I started United Branding Supply, it wasn’t just about printing logos on shirts or hats. It was about building something meaningful, a brand that reflects pride, purpose, and a relentless drive to serve people and communities through creative expression.

Over the years, we’ve printed for schools, businesses, churches, non-profits, and teams all across the Southeast. Each order,  from a single embroidered cap to full apparel lines,  has built the foundation of what UBS is today. But we’re not stopping there.

From Hands-On Hustle to High-Level Growth

Like most entrepreneurs, I started with my hands in everything, design, production, sales, even sweeping the floor at the end of the day. That’s the reality of a mom-and-pop print shop. But as our client base expanded, our work began to stand toe-to-toe with much larger operations.

To keep up with demand , and to outperform what people expect from a small-town business ,it’s time to scale smarter. That means bringing in high-level staff: specialists in operations, creative direction, and client management who can elevate every part of our process.

What’s Next for UBS

We’re building a team designed not just to take orders, but to create brand experiences.

We’re developing systems to manage large contracts, tighter timelines, and advanced print and embroidery projects , all while staying true to our “Homegrown in Tennessee” roots.

This next phase isn’t about growing for the sake of growth; it’s about building a company that lasts.

A place where top talent can thrive, where clients feel genuinely served, and where our local community sees what’s possible when passion meets professionalism.

A Final Word

If you’ve worked with us, you already know, we treat every project like it matters, because it does. But the best part of this story? We’re just getting started.

United Branding Supply is stepping into a new era , one where craftsmanship meets leadership, and where “mom and pop” turns into something far bigger than any of us imagined.
